Free initial consultation
Meet with Susannah either in person or by phone to discuss your health goals. She will share information about what to expect during treatment and answer any questions you may have. Plan 15-30 minutes.
initial treatment and health assessment
During the initial appointment there will be a complete assessment of your health history and your current health concerns. Susannah's goal is to gather a holistic picture of your health, diet and lifestyle. Once the assessment is complete, Susannah will develop an individualized healing strategy for you. This may include any or all of her modalities: abdominal massage, acupressure, acupuncture, reiki, and herbs. Her treatment may be part of a bigger strategy that includes other medical or health practitioners. You can discuss and choose an individualized treatment plan that works best for you.
treatment services
Treatment services include acupuncture, abdominal massage, Reiki, and herbal consultation. Depending on your individualized treatment plan, you may wish to receive only one or more than one of these modalities. Please discuss your needs and preferences with Susannah. Acupressure and abdominal massage are available for those interested in bodywork but do not like needles. The initial appointment is approximately 1.5 hour and includes health assessment and the first treatment. Follow-up appointments are approximately 45-60 minutes. Acupuncture-only follow-up appointments generally are 45 minutes and all others are approximately 60 minutes.
herbal (in person or over the phone)
Herbal counseling is scheduled in 15 minute sessions. If you are seeking fertility or hormone balance, your herbal treatment may be synchronized with your monthly menstrual cycle. Susannah uses patent herbs that are in pill or tablet form. She uses an online herbal pharmacy to prescribe your herbs. The herbs are shipped to your home and prescriptions are paid directly to the herb pharmacy. Herbal counseling sessions are generally recommended once per month for fertility and other conditions depending on your treatment plan.

Hours and Cancellation Policy
Once an appointment is scheduled, please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellation. If less than 24 hours notice is given there will be a $25 charge for the missed appointment.
